Eggstaurant opened to the public in 2020 as the realization of a girl’s childhood dream, obsessed about cooking and gatherings, of owning a food business. We are a local women owned business that endeavors to provide a mixture of delicious dishes from assorted cultural palette in the highly culturally diverse city of Miami.
Our food includes elements from various cuisines from all over the world including French, Cuban, Colombian and American inspired dishes with eggs as a cornerstone ingredient.
We are committed to serving delicious food in a quick-service, casual, family, & inclusive atmosphere made with fresh ingredients and a vast menu full of options, including vegan, for egg-veryone.
Environmentally conscious
We are committed to the environment by working hard to eliminate single-use plastics from our business to protect our beautiful paradise. We were recognized by the city of Miami for our contributions to the PlasticFreeMB program.
